Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing can take longer during sales, holidays or high-volume periods.
Delivery times and shipping cost
Delivery time depends on your destination, the shipping method, the courier and customs. Shipping costs are calculated from destination, package size and weight, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send it after your order ships. Tracking can take a little while to update after the carrier scans your parcel.
International orders
Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility unless stated at checkout. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Check your address
Make sure your name, address, phone number and email are correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us right away and we will try to fix it before your order ships.
